Wendigo Lore: Presentation & Book Release 

The history of northern states and Canada is rife with tales about a giant supernatural beast that is forced to spend eternity walking the frozen ground in search of human flesh. Early missionaries and explorers told of a Native spirit that could consume an entire tribe and wipe them out.

This is a free program open to the public held in the museum. Come and listen to Chad about his latest book. This event is is the book launch for his newest book. Come and enjoy freshments and learn about the mysteries.

Chad Lewis is a researcher, author, and lecturer on topics of the strange and unusual. My background is in Psychology as I did both my Bachelor and Master’s degree work in the field- but for the last 20 plus years, I have traveled the globe in search of unique and bizarre stories and history.
